Music director Jaap van Zweden returns to the podium of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra this week to take on one of the monuments of the late romantic era, Bruckner’s Symphony No. 7. Cellist Alisa Weilerstein will join Van Zweden and the orchestra for Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme on the all-romantic program.
